For tastes, recipes, but when a cake is imitated to the satiety, for something it will be. The cheesecake from La Viña restaurant, in San Sebastian, is popular all over the world: from Turkey to Japan.

A few years ago, La Viña cheese cake, in San Sebastián, was included among the top ten in Spain by the newspaper ABC. By then, the success of this cake from San Sebastian had already crossed our borders.

The restaurant La Viña is a family business that opened its doors in 1959 in the Casco Viejo of the city to offer traditional homemade recipes. Currently directed by Santiago Rivera, son and nephew of the first owners, and the creator of one of the best cheesecakes in Spain.
